Greater Boston LGBTQIA Catholic Collective

The Greater Boston LGBTQIA Catholic Collective is a group of Catholic communities of faith throughout the Greater Boston area who gather in prayer to support, encourage, and celebrate our ministries of love, acceptance, compassion, and joy with the Catholic LGBTQIA community. It is recognized by the Archdiocese of Boston.

WHERE: Beacon Hill Friends House & livestreaming on Zoom
WHAT: MIDWEEK: Experiments in Faithfulness is a weekly facilitated program. Each session engages a unique topic or spiritual practice. I’ll share an excerpt from six to carry the casket and one to say the mass, offer a brief guided meditation, and facilitate a dialogue about grief, joy, and memory.

Where: Mamaleh's in Cambridge
Please join me at Mamaleh's in Cambridge on Thursday, March 26 from 6:00-8:00pm for "six to carry the casket & you to nosh & mingle," an event to catch up with old friends, meet some new ones, and share a little bit of my book, six to carry the casket and one to say the mass, with you.
To join, please purchase either a copy of the book or a $10 ticket. Proceeds from tickets will be donated to On The Rise, a daytime safe haven in Cambridge offering essential support and community to women, transgender, and nonbinary people recovering from homelessness. The ticket can also apply toward purchase of the book at the event. All (21+) are welcome.
6:00pm Nosh & beverages: Pick up your copy, dive into Mamaleh’s delicious food & drinks, and vote for the essay you want me to read.
6:30pm Welcome, reading, Q&A: I’ll briefly talk about the book and read a few selections.
7:15pm Book signing, more noshing & bevs: Stick around to chat, finish off the food & drink, and get your copy signed.

Come join Fr. Joe Raeke for Mass on Sunday, March 11th at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Kateri Church, 126 So. Meadow Rd., Plymouth as we celebrate God’s great love for each and every one of us.
